Boards shaped by hand, one at a time

The apparel pays for the foam. Every ZERV board is shaped, glassed and finished by hand — EPS blanks, epoxy lam, pinlines pulled by eye. You pick the dimensions, the bottom contour, the tail and the color. Then we talk before a single thing gets cut.

Before you ask

How long until it ships?

Apparel is printed and stitched to order — figure 2–5 business days in production, then 3–7 days in transit inside the U.S. Hats move a little faster. Custom boards are a different animal: those are quoted individually after we talk through your dims.

What's the sizing like?

Tees and tanks run true to size. The Afterbreak and Heavyweight hoodies are cut a touch roomy on purpose — if you're between sizes and want it close to the body, size down. The Oversized Piping Fleece is exactly what it says. Use the fit finder above if you want a straight answer.

Can I return something?

If it shows up damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, send a photo within 30 days and it gets replaced — no charge. Because everything is made to order, we can't take back a piece just because the size wasn't right, which is exactly why the fit finder exists.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. Rates and timelines calculate at checkout based on where you are. Duties and import fees are on the customer.

What's actually different about a ZERV board?

It's made by one person in a basement in Pennsylvania rather than popped out of a machine. EPS core, epoxy lamination, hand-pulled pinlines. You get to spec the contour and tail, and you get a conversation before anything is shaped.
